When you create an account on maxim, you agree to the terms that follow. These terms govern your use of our platform, your deposits and withdrawals, and your participation in our games. We've written them to be clear and fair—covering what we expect from you, what you can expect from us, and how disputes are resolved.

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You can close your maxim account anytime by contacting our support team. If your account has a positive balance, we will process a withdrawal to your original payment method. If your account has a negative balance (you owe maxim money), you must settle that balance before we close your account.

Once your account is closed, you cannot reopen it under the same email address for at least six months. We retain your account data for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. After seven years, we delete your data unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where maxim operates. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If you access maxim from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk, and we are not liable for any consequences.
